Join Sophia Wood Massicotte, and a beautiful community of like-minded individuals in 7 weekly mindfulness and yoga classes for an embodied exploration to realign your 7 major energy centers.
These 7 main subtle energy centers in the body have profound effects on our daily lives and can serve as a roadmap to yourself and how you are showing up in the world. They give you information and insight into the patterns that you are creating in your life.
Sophia will present one chakra at a time, each week building upon the previous week as we move systematically through the system and thus have a cumulative effect.
This is a holistic approach to healing from the inside-out, empowering you with self-knowledge and awareness of the various ways in which we block the flow of energy within ourselves, hindering our ability to embody our authentic Self.

Week 3 (Jul 20): EMPOWER – Enhanced self-discipline and willpower within

Week 5 (Aug 3): EXPRESS – Improved communication and self expression
Week 6 (Aug 10): ILLUMINATE – Access intuition & inspiration in your path
Week 7 (Aug 17): UNITE – Connect to the Universe and your higher Self

Through carefully curated sequence of yoga asanas, breathing practices, mudras, mantras and contemplation, you'll explore each major chakra, working with the qualities associated with each energetic centre to bring balance & alignment back into your physical, emotional, and mental body.
To deepen your integration, you will receive a weekly follow up email with a few journaling prompts and simple healing practices to deepen your connection with each energy center.
This series is designed for all levels, offering a welcoming space for self-discovery and inner balance.
